Battle of the Chanel Foundations..

Chanel Perfection Lumiere Foundation
My evaluation - I found this foundation quite cakey. I was extremely disappointed! As per usual the ladies at the make up counters normally give me Orange make up! It's quite frustrating.
I bought this months ago, tried twice.. but I will try it again tomorrow but i'm sure I will feel the exact same way.

CHANEL VITALUMIÈRE SATIN Smoothing Fluid Makeup
My Evaluation - I used this foundation for a while, as I loved how smooth and radiant my skin looked. This is not a foundation for coverage, it is more subtle and light.

Foundation Haul

I find it extremely difficult to experiment with skincare and make-up as I have such sensitive skin, I'm like a new born baby! I end up giving all of my make up away!

I spend hundreds a month, It's quite frustrating when you are excited to try something new and exciting, but it does not agree with your skin.

Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation -

My evaluation - This Foundation was fantastic!

It was great coverage, long lasting and easy to apply.

HOWEVER - I WOULD NOT ADVISE THIS FOUNDATION FOR PEOPLE WITH SENSITIVE SKIN! It did not agree with my skin, so I gave it to my mum as usual! Her skin is so perfect and she can use anything!!

AMAZING! BUT DOES NOT LAST!

My Evaluation -

This is most certainly the best foundation I have ever used! I was deeply impressed.

It glided on slightly runny, but was just fantastic. There are so many shades for each skin tone.

A few days before trying this foundation I had tried Mac make-up again which I shouldn't have as it caused imperfections. Weirdly this 'Lancome' foundation cleared up my skin completely! My skin was fully clear after using this product for 2 days. It is clearly amazing.

However, considering the fact that this foundation states that it lasts up to 24 hrs it

DID NOT LAST VERY LONG! More like.. 5 hours unfortunately, so I had to give that one away!

As I am writing now, I am wearing this foundation..

My evaluation - It is a pleasant, rather smooth and soft foundation. My Mother uses this at times and she absolutely adores this foundation! I am more in love with the Teint Idole Ultra (above).

Mac mineralize SatinFinish foundation.

My evaluation - I was not too impressed. It did not cause any imperfections on my skin however, it did not last long. It just worked like a CHEAP make-up foundation.

Estee Lauder Double wear light foundation

GREAT ON SENSITIVE SKIN

My Evaluation - I have used this in the past for about 5 years.. so what more could I possibly say!

It is a great foundation, light but great coverage and lasts all day whilst still appearing fresh.

I might come back to using this one day in the future, but for now i'm still looking for something perfect that tops Lancome.

Info - Double wear light stay in place make up offers sheer to medium coverage with a natural finish. Up to 15 hours wear and SPF10 protection. Double wear is fresh, natural and comfortable. Goes on sheer, leaves skin free to breathe all day Controls oil, resists smudging and won t melt off through heat and humidity.

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation.

My evaluation - I have not experienced a bad reaction from this foundation. However, a friend of mine had regrets of using this as she claimed it had disagreed with her skin..

I am currently using this at the moment. Until I discover a long lasting foundation that tops this.

This foundation is delightful. It lasts all day, easy to apply.

I am not amazed by this product, as I am so used to the Double wear light foundation.

This foundation is more for heavy coverage. It is still a very good product

Info - Keeps skin looking fabulous, breathing comfortably through heat, humidity and activity without changing colour, fading or coming off on clothes. Natural matte finish and SPF10 sunscreen to protect skin.
