Lemons and Weight Loss

Substances in lemons helped rodents lose weight in one study. The polyphenols, which are plant compounds that also act as antioxidants, in lemon peel -- some of which are also found in the juice -- may help stimulate the liver to burn fat, according to a 2008 study published in Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition. This study found that supplementing rats on a high-fat diet with lemon polyphenols helped prevent weight gain and the accumulation of body fat better than rats simply fed a high-fat diet. While this research shows a that a link between lemons and weight loss may be possible, not all animal studies translate to humans, and clinical trials need to be conducted in people before any claims can be made.

If you're working out, the vitamin C in the lemon juice may help your body burn more fat, according to a 2005 article published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition. The authors report that getting an adequate intake of vitamin C helps the body burn 30 percent more fat during exercise. Most importantly, people who carry more body weight tend to have lower levels of vitamin C. Juice from one 

lemon has 18 milligrams of vitamin C, and you need 75 to 90 milligrams a day.

I'm addicted to this every morning : HONEY, LEMON AND HOT BOILING WATER.. easy on the honey though!

Drinking Lemon with ice water 

Low in Calories

Ice water with lemon is virtually calorie-free. Water, of course, contains no calories, and the juice of one lemon wedge provides only 1 calorie. Even if you mixed your water with 1/4 cup of lemon juice, you'd still only get 13 calories. Compare that to a glass of orange juice, which has 112 calories, or a 12-ounce can of cola, which has 152 calories. Replacing these beverages with a cup of ice water with lemon can help you shave hundreds of calories off your daily intake to help you lose weight 

My first ever time Presenting!!!

This was in say..2009/2010! So basically over 6 years ago, I would have been around 19/20 years old! I just came across these videos and I am cringing!!! But Considering the fact that i'm soooo shy! (Everyone reading this is going to mumble.. "Yeah Right" but) It's the only thing I hate about myself.. I'm confident but shy which is such a weird combination, but I was asked to do this presenting job, I had no training , no experience and quite frankly I think I did well! Apart from the horrific mic handling and the umms It was good for my first ever time! What does practice make?,,, PERFECT!!! 

Presenting hasn't been my passion or else I would have worked my ass off years ago, but a lot of people tell me I have the perfect personality for TV Presenting so I will consider giving it another go, possibly getting a presenting coach and see if I love it or not.. funnily enough I could completely hate it or fall in love with presenting and grow passionately for it! You never know if you try. Plus it's a lot of fun!

Fresh TV 

It's a shame Nicholas who was the founder of this YouTube Fresh TV channel fell in love and didn't bother with it any more, I found him driven, hard working and had hoped he would have done well from this.

Nicholas is the male presenter in the videos. He's very humble and a great person, I would have liked to have seen him do well.

Come to think of it.. what is he up to!!

My lips have always been big. I get so many compliments from guys on my lips A LOT! So I think that's why I wear lip plumpers to make them look more plump and juicy.
just so you know, anything I do is for myself not for guys in any shape or form or else i'd have big legs and a massive booty! I don't respect girls who change their looks for a man. So anyway,
I think with guys, big juicy lips is a turn on.. and juicy lips do look better on women and even on men. I don't blame some of these girls who get their lips done, but most cosmetic practices go overboard and make girls look like ducks. Why look like a duck when you can get lip plumping glosses with no fears or worries, you can just wipe it off.

I'm pretty open when telling guys I'm wearing Lip Plumping glosses, one guy even asked if he could wear some. It was so funny! And yes I applied it on him and he loved it until he could feel his lips burning, he started freaking out!

Updated with this I completely forgot I still had this lipgloss. My mum used to buy me these lip plumping glosses when she'd be in New York, You can't get them in England.

- Amazing for sensitive lips, you will never get chapped or cracked lips.
- Lips feel soft, kissable and doesn't feel thick you forget you're even wearing any
- As for plumping, it does tingle a bit on application but it doesn't make them big. I'm thinking of buying this again for everyday use to keep my lips soft but you won't get the Angelina Jolie pout with this

Too Faced lip injection

- Pricey for something that doesn't last.  I normally buy my make up in bulk and this still doesn't last me
- It doesn't last long, maybe 20 minutes on application i'm being serious!
- No heavy scent
- Light, leaves lips kissable and soft.
- Beautiful clear colour, wearable on top of lipsticks and other glosses
- I like that it comes with a brush applicator as it applies better.

Soap and glory

- Strong peppermint smell, the last guy I dated said he could taste peppermint! So I apologised and told him it's my gloss! But he didn't seem to mind because he was mesmerised by my lips.
- This makes my lips massive!!!! like a blow up fish
- it stings which means it's working but the smell is so potent it's weird!
- This is also very strange - when I use it from it's nozzle, it leaves me with chapped lips.
When I use it with a lip brush my lips aren't chapped. It's very strange because I would assume it would be from the ingredients not the apllicator.
- Above is the clear colour I use but you can also get in more colours pictured above.

Juicy Tubes 

This is not a designed lip pluming gloss but it does make your lips look and taste succulent. 

I was addicted to this lipgloss in my teens, i've had ever colour imaginable. 

They make your lips look juicy and they have a range of colours and scents to choose from.

-  This is annoying when kissing it's thick and sticks to your face.
- Lasts for a long time
- If your hair blows in the wind it sticks to your hair which is annoying, you end up with sticky bits of gloss in your hair.
-Great for sensitive lips, it's never chapped my lips and I HAVE EXTREMELY SENSITIVE SKIN

Lip venom 

I have not tried yet but I plan to.

I heard it works like crazy!

This will give you Kylie Jenner lips the non surgical way but it's a tiny bottle and a lot of people complain at what little you get for your money

These lip plumping glosses are cheap like £6.50 it comes in a range of colours to choose from.

- It works, it plumps your lips
- I'm not in love, it does't leave your lips soft
- Excellent for the price as it does work but not as good the soap and glory
- This nyx product is great on sensitive lips, my lips never get chapped

Below are first impressions of products I've been given

I love all that LAB2 have to offer. Their stuff is absolutely amazing. I've used the eye make up brushes and they're so soft and give you instructions on how to do your eye make up on the back of the pack.

The UV lamp comes with gel nail polish, primer and cleanser it truly looks amazing I cannot wait to try!

AMIE naturally kind products are absolutely amazing but unfortunately I have a problem

Matt finish moisturiser - I felt fresh and more youthful looking. It made my skin look very healthy and sat well under my foundation. With a matt product you don't need a primer i'd say.

Though I have sensitive skin so I need to try this out using it alone as I did for the next product. 

New leaf deep pore exfoliating polish - This is one of the best facial scrubs i've ever used! It brightens my skintone,  it feels smooth and soft on the skin. I use it on my face and neck, it truly is a fantastic scrub. Though unfortunatley it has given me huge spots on my face so i've had to stop using. 

I will try each product alone to analyse which products from their range are suitable for extra extra sensitive skin, I say extra extra sensitive as I can't even use johnsons baby skincare or wipes as it ruins my skin. My face is literally more delicate than a newborn it's irritating literally!

If you don't have highly sensitive skin like moi then i'm very jealous, you'll enjoy this range!

Wow this cream is thick and feels absolutely amazing! But it's rather potent and too thick to put on your face as a daily moisturiser. Though if you watched my Youtube Video Vlog above, you'd have heard the consultant say that it's just for your knees and elbows but can use as a facemask.

Berry White have some refreshing drinks, I like that it's organic but the acquired taste takes some time to get used to. I think I need to try every flavour for about a week to try and get used to it, because it would be nice to enjoy a fizzy drink knowing it's organic with 0 sugar.

Really good stuff that works!! The cream really helps for dry skin, leaving your skin moisturised the whole day, I like that the bottle has a pump. Easy to carry around in my bag

The ointment in the tiny jar is fantastic, I told the lady I had a rash on my face from Guerlain foundation and she told me to use this keep it on my face for 24hours and it will soothe my rash and it did. it's got rid of it from underneath my neck. it was horrible keeping this on for 24hours as it's like putting vix on your face that texture but it worked.

This has to be one of my most unusual bags i've ever purchased. My mother was impressed when I bought this as she thinks I need to be more vibrant and unusual with my style. 

I wear plain, dark colours a lot, mainly black and have simple but fine taste. I strictly go by quality over quantity. I like expensive things and love being different from everyone else. If I find whether it be shoes or a handbag I like and it's popular, everyones got it.. I will wait to find a limited edition or a bag i've not seen anyone with.

I believe anyones fashionable in what they feel happiest wearing. Like the saying "Each to their own"

My Black and gold jumper is from TopShop. But it rides up so i've worn a tank top underneith to hide my navel. It's just not the time or place nor the weather to be showing skin.

Beautiful eye make up looks

Beautiful make up look ideas. 

I'm into a Golden dewy look when it comes to my make up, I love a golden glow and nude or red lipstick. I'm not keen on heavy eye make up anymore.

I normally google images of make up to get ideas sometimes but I think Long lashes, golden eye shadow, highlighter and rosey cheeks is the way to go! Oh and a shimmery bronzer.
